  I came in to start a mailbox and to make a long story short, they said they didn't want me to start one there because they've been having problems with fraud there and told me there were other ups stores to go to and to go there. I came all the way from Virginia to this store after I talked to them on the phone just to get turned away because they have fraud problems? Don't waste your time here for a mailbox. Discrimination here. Well it is Birmingham Alabama after all.

  Called on the phone and spoke with Leah at the Store. She was extremely helpful and professional when asking questions about their printing services! Came in at 5pm she printed my order and cut each invitation and recipe card perfectly! She took a ton of time with me and was so professional and sweet! She stayed late to finish my order!! I had an amazing experience and would recommend this location to others!! :) Thank Leah!!!

  The workers at the Crestline UPS Store have been so welcoming, friendly and forgiving! Running a small business I'm constantly in to send packages and they've never failed to recognize me and smile. I've come in first thing in the morning and right before close in the evening, but my service is always above and beyond. They even went as far as to tell me about the frequent shipper cards to save me a little money every now and again. If I can help it I ALWAYS go to the Crestline store and I always will. Thanks y'all.
