  I went to that branch for the witness signiture, and the manager asked me if I have an account with their bank. I said I did not have account in your bank. And he asked he only take care of their client and refused to give me the signature, and asked I left the branch right now. If I did not leave he will call the bank guard to ask me to walk out. Then I went back to complaint the bank about this manager. The bank's security department said this is their bank's policy and they only care about their clients, and wrt other people they do not care at all. I think they treat me such rude, just because I am an Chinese woman, and my spoken English ins not good. one day later, I drove to my brother school to help him to open a new banking account. We have a joint account in bank of American. Because some reason I cannot remove my brother from that account. The people works there even suggest me to close the account, and tell me the procedures. I told them there is no boa in al, And they do not care about which bank I will use, and suggest me to select the most convenient one. They did not threaten to throw me out of the offfice. I will stay in boa, even there is no branch in al.
