  USPS forgets that it is the customers who keep them in business. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they just tell you to call another office which also doesn't answer the phone. USPS is the worst shipping company.

  I ordered my son's 3rd birthday party shirt online and even paid the extra money to expedited the shipping. My son's birthday party was the 25th. Well this post office has lost my package, my son did not get to wear his birthday shirt and I still have not received the shirt. It was mailed out June 21st, I was supposed to get it on the 23rd. Today is the 28th and still NOTHING! I track the package and it says its been sitting at the Birmingham, AL 35222 Post office since the 21st?!?! Get it together people!!

  The post office on Southside is terrible!! The last few months, the checks we mail out for my company, get to their LOCAL destinations in about 3 weeks...IF THEY MAKE IT AT ALL!! Oh, and if you put a stamp on a large envelope, in a corner they don't like, they will send it back to you! It is absolutely absurd, that if you put the postage on the package long ways, instead of sideways, they consider it a parcel and charge a minimum of $3...even though it's still an envelope and the same weight!! Just stupid!!! Wasted my time and kept people from getting their money in a timely manner.
