  I worked through a different Mortgage company and quickly found out I was with the wrong ones after struggling to find out information as well as what information was needed from me. I came to MortgageBanc and thought I was doing something wrong because I wasn't used to a group of people that were so willing to help and make everything go as smoothly as Ben, Courtney, Travis, and team did. They were the easiest group to work with and if they needed something they let you know as soon as they found out. They also called with updates each week whether it was just to say everything was still looking good. They basically took the worry out of the process by taking the time to reach out. Obviously the next time I'm in need of a mortgage, I'll be going back through Ben and his group!!
