- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This Credit Union is by far the worst. If you are like me and you want to use your Apple Pay or Paypal you can't because of the fact that it is a credit union. They will block your card if it stays negative for a week and they wont even tell you. You will go on putting money in your account and leaving nine dollars in your account which they take out every month, but when you try to buy something your card is declined as if you have no money in it. THEY ARE NOT THE CHOICE FOR ANYONE!!! DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! And even now after I have closed my account I got a rewards card to use on items I want to buy online, but still it doesn't work with Apple Pay or Apple Music nor does it work with Netflix. This bank is not for anyone who wants to do more then put money in and take it out.By Jeffrey Kelly, September 14, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm very disappointed with America's First customer service. I do a mobile deposit Friday that doesn't go through. They did not send me a notice or an alert that anything was wrong. I got a message that it was accepted on my phone. I go to the branch for help.I've been banking with them for years and helped them when they wanted business for financing loans and sent them customers. NO HELP AT ALL!! Wherever I go I will not send you guys any customers to finance their auto loan. I am beyond upset with you guys and especially with your Roebuck branch that has made a few mistakes that I let pass without saying anything. Like depositing in my savings when it clearly had my checking account number on the back of the check. Or the lady telling me I couldn't deposit a check with mine and my husbands name on it only to find out from the main number that I could. That wasted over an hour of my time.
