  Terrible. Called several times every day for a week and no one answered. They also claim they delivered my package but nothing was there and they left no note saying they tried to deliver. Even though i was home the entire day and no one ever even attempted to deliver. They need to hire new staff asap

  Worst experience ever. After calling for 2 straight hours (after opening), I finally got someone on the phone. She was extremely rude and kept saying my package that I was trying to locate because it has been over 2 weeks was in "processing"..I asked how to talk to someone in processing and she told me that I couldn't. After being so rude and unhelpful, she hung up on me. Not sure where to go from here.. No wonder this place has 1.5 stars on customer reviews.

  This place is a joke. Only delivers 2 days a week and has lost my birthday present as well as the replacement present. Complaints do nothing and supervisor Nicky is a joke of a person. Worst employee ever. I would never hire her even for a minimum wage job.
