- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆My main delivery guy is awesome but on his off day or vacation I may or may not receive my mail. A box was put in at the top of the driveway for my elderly mother bc she was not able to safely walk to the one at the foot of the driveway. She has passed but if our regular guy is off we never know which box he/she will use if they deliver at all. I am capable of walking to the original box so it doesn't matter which one they use but be consistent and please deliver it!!!!! I don't use the Crestline office much but I've never had any problems and they have always been nice and helpful.By Kelley Frank, July 25, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Stated opening time is 8:30? The worker came sauntering up to the door at 8:34, with a line of us waiting. No one unlocked the doors until 8:40am. The only person working the service counter was incredibly slow (I was 3rd in line and it took 15 minutes to get to me), and very rude and unfriendly. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆For 22 years I have had problems having packages delivered to 3960 Montclair Rd, Birmingham, Al. I took them a copy of our office hours and they still say we are closed! Yesterday they tried to deliver a package at 5:59 p.m. and they attempted delivery but we were closed? We are open 5:15 a.m. - 9 p.m. (Monday - Thursday) We are open 5:15 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday's and open 12-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday we are open 6:30 a.m. -6 p.m. I don't have any problem with USP or FedEx deliveries? I spoke with a lady today at the Montclair Post Office and told her we had our mail delivered yesterday a.m. and they attempted a delivery at 5:59 p.m. last night? She told me they only do one delivery to this address per day? I don't have a lot of confidence in our USPS!By Dale Clark, November 02, 2016
